Fish Massage

After a long walk from Poring Canopy walk to Kapungit Falls, i think ist time for us to pamper our tired feet. We headed to have a relaxing fish massage at Tagal Sungai Moroli, in Kampung Luanti, Ranau, Sabah. "Tagal" in the local kadazan-dusun dialect means 'no fishing'. The main pupose is to preseve the environment and the ecosystem. Here in Kampung Luanti villagers trained their fish 'Ikan Pelian' or Malaysian Mahseer fish to perform healing massage activities to visitorrs. The fish massage is deemed to have a curative effect on those who suffers from psoriasis and other skin diseases.

A lot of visitors trying to have a massage that day.

We enjoying the fish massage.

Closer look.

Can't help myself, I want to hold the fish but very slippery.

Most of the fish are this big.

its kinda ticklish

Closer look of the Pelian Fish.

Aside from Fish massges, you can also choose to trek in the jungle or camp here at Kampung Luanti.

Hanging Bridge at the entrance of Tagal Sungai Moroli.

Just having fun at the rickety bridge.
